Four original Xbox titles — Blinx, Conker, Crimson Skies and Fuzion Frenzy — are now available in an early PC preview through purchase or any Xbox Game Pass plan.
Microsoft paired the release with PC-specific upgrades including VSync, up to 4x resolution upscaling, anisotropic filtering, enhanced anti-aliasing, and fullscreen or windowed modes while keeping original gameplay intact.
Digital owners can already play the games on Windows 11 PCs and handhelds such as Xbox Ally devices, with achievements and customizable language and audio settings due in coming months.
Jason Ronald said the launch starts a broader preservation push to bring more legacy Xbox games to PC over time, alongside Microsoft's work on a next-generation Xbox that will also run PC games.
