Samsung has begun pushing Galaxy Wearable version 2.2.70.26060861 just hours before Galaxy Unpacked, giving Galaxy Watch users an early look at One UI 9 Watch changes.
The redesign swaps the old all-black interface for a cleaner One UI-style layout with subtle gradients, floating cards and a simplified three-tab navigation system: Watch Faces, Home and Settings.
The new Home tab now shows the connected watch, battery status, estimated remaining life and shortcuts to notifications, Tiles, apps and the quick panel, replacing its more limited settings-gateway role.
Samsung also rebuilt the watch face browser to show full watch previews instead of flat thumbnails, a change timed to preview software expected alongside the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
