John Fetterman said Trump should stop revisiting his 2020 loss and focus on current crises, including what he called the US war in Iran.
Three days after Trump used a primetime address to allege Chinese meddling in the 2020 race, Fetterman said Pennsylvania's vote for Joe Biden was "absolutely secure, fair and accurate."
A 2021 US intelligence assessment found no foreign actor altered any technical aspect of the 2020 vote and said China did not mount interference aimed at changing the outcome.
The remarks add to Fetterman's increasingly distinct profile inside the Democratic Party after he said last week he would consider leaving if it became the "anti-Israel party."
