Summary
Three foldables and two smartwatches are now broadly detailed in leaks ahead of Samsung’s July 22 Galaxy Unpacked, with the lineup centered on the Z Flip 8, Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, Watch Ultra 2 and Watch 9.
Flex Titanium is tipped as the main foldable upgrade, aimed at stronger screens and a less visible crease, while the Z Flip 8 is said to drop to 180g and add 45W charging.
The Z Fold 8 is rumored to be 4.5mm thick unfolded with a 7.6-inch inner display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy and up to 1TB storage, though earlier reports said it may still miss features like a telephoto lens and Qi2.
At the high end, the Z Fold 8 Ultra is tipped to carry a 200MP main camera and 5,000mAh battery, while the Watch Ultra 2 could jump to an 800mAh battery from 590mAh.
Samsung is also expected to expand Galaxy AI across the new devices, with possible additions in predictive tools, automation and generative photo editing, while smart glasses or a Galaxy Ring 2 remain unconfirmed wild cards.
