First production LifePods are expected from Barcelona in October 2026, with U.S. deliveries projected around November if Momentum completes its ongoing certification program.
Two initial models anchor the launch: the B-01 armored land capsule for one to two people and the W-01 floating flood capsule for four adults, both aimed first at agencies, infrastructure operators and industrial users.
Momentum lists European pre-VAT prices at €25,000 for the B-01 and €31,000 for the W-01, while saying shipping, duties and installation will add costs as it finalizes U.S. logistics.
Testing remains the key hurdle: B-01 armor panels have met VPAM PM7 ballistic standards, but full-system SR7 validation is still in progress, while W-01 physical trials are due in the second half of 2026.
The French startup says the capsules were inspired by gaps exposed in the 2004 and 2011 tsunamis and sees demand rising as climate disasters, blackouts and security threats intensify.
