More than 4.6 million users of the VA Health and Benefits app can now view lab results and manage benefit overpayment debts directly on their phones.
Lab results appear in the Health section under Medical Records, where veterans can sort tests by date range and review detailed results as soon as they are available.
Overpayment tools in the Payments section cover disability compensation, pension and education benefits, letting users check balances, see why debt exists, make payments, request financial help or dispute a debt.
The update expands an app that already handles appointments, care-team messages, prescription refills, claims and appeals tracking, payment history, digital proof of veteran status and crisis-line access.
