Bloq Quantum said MIUUL will become its official regional training partner in Turkey, embedding the company’s enterprise quantum software into MIUUL’s advanced tech curriculum.
The partnership targets a key upskilling bottleneck: students and engineers often must configure cloud environments, SDKs and low-level code before running quantum experiments.
MIUUL’s Applied Quantum Machine Learning program will use Bloq’s low-code platform so students can build and benchmark hybrid quantum-classical models, including Quantum Neural Networks and Variational Quantum Classifiers.
Bloq said the setup can cut hybrid workflow build-and-test cycles by up to 10x, aiming to produce quantum-ready talent for Turkey’s financial services, logistics and data analytics sectors.
