Three Juveniles Charged After 16-Year-Old Missouri Girl Is Shot Dead at Home

Three juveniles were charged after 16-year-old Gabbriana Boyster was found shot in the head inside her Jefferson County, Missouri, home; one faces involuntary manslaughter, weapons and armed criminal action counts.
Investigators say Boyster was shot Friday evening while the three minors, who knew her, were inside the house, and her body remained there until her mother returned Saturday afternoon and called 911.
Two other juveniles were each charged with abandonment of a corpse and later released, while authorities withheld all three names because they are minors and have not said what led to the shooting.
Hillsboro School District said grief counselors will be available as Boyster's mother mourned her daughter, who was preparing for her junior year and hoped to become an ultrasound technician.
