Iran Unveils Trump Casket Banner as US Hits Bushehr and Drops 20% Strait Levy

A new banner in central Tehran shows Donald Trump lying in a casket, escalating public threats after Iran's supreme leader vowed revenge for the US-Israeli killing of his father and predecessor.
Hours earlier, Trump had warned Iran against any attempt to assassinate him, sharpening the confrontation as Iranian state media reported explosions near Bandar Abbas, Qeshm and Bandar Imam Khomeini.
Fresh US strikes later hit Bushehr, the southern port city that hosts Iran's only civilian nuclear plant, extending the conflict beyond shipping lanes and port disruptions.
Since the war began, Iran has asserted control over the Strait of Hormuz and fired on ships using what it calls unauthorized routes, while the US has reimposed a blockade on Iranian ports.
Trump has still backed away from a planned 20% levy on ships using the strait, leaving Washington to pressure Iran through military action and port restrictions instead.
