Google Launches Pixel Care+ in UK From £4.99 a Month, Replacing Preferred Care

Google has opened Pixel Care+ in the UK, extending its device-protection plan to Pixel phones, watches and Fitbit wearables after nearly a year of US-only availability.
Plans for Pixel phones start at £4.99 a month or £99 for two years, covering unlimited damage claims, unlimited glass repairs and battery replacements, with a £59 excess on damage claims.
Loss and theft cover lifts phone pricing to £6.99 a month or £129 upfront and allows up to three claims a year, with a £79 excess for those claims.
Customers must buy cover within 60 days of purchasing an eligible new device from the Google Store, while existing Preferred Care users will be moved to Pixel Care+ at no extra cost.
The launch also brings same-day repairs using genuine parts and next-working-day replacements to UK users as Google broadens its Pixel support offering ahead of the expected Pixel 11 release.
