Robinson, 33, said Thursday she has filed her own legal action against ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval, arguing his account of their June 3 dispute is a “false narrative” and asserting the leased home and most of its contents are hers.
June 25 court filings show Sandoval, 42, sought a domestic violence protection order against Robinson and her father, alleging Will Robinson grabbed him during an argument and Robinson later struck his face hard enough to blur his vision.
The court denied Robinson’s request for a temporary restraining order, while Sandoval’s side says a judge granted him a restraining order and an immediate move-out order after reviewing photos, police reports and video footage.
McCune Law Group now represents Robinson and her father, saying public reports do not match their filings and that they intend to prove her version in court.
The legal clash marks a sharp break from the couple’s public image: Sandoval and Robinson went public in 2024, and he was still calling her a “strong and supportive” partner in March 2025.
