So the practical answer is that the feature looks designed to work across much of the interface, not just the home screen, but it is not yet definitively documented as a fully system-wide upgrade. HomeUp v18.0.00.24 has started rolling out in South Korea, bringing official One UI 9 support and Samsung’s long-awaited multi-finger gesture controls.
Two-, three-, four- and five-finger gestures can each be mapped to any of 27 actions, with adjustable sensitivity plus optional glow and vibration feedback.
The update also expands customization for the Edge panel and dock, including custom backgrounds, item spacing and corner-radius controls.
Samsung’s changelog adds a DIY home-screen auto-arrangement feature and a sticker action function, though the release is currently limited to South Korea.
Users outside South Korea can sideload the APK now, but the report notes the security risks of installing apps from outside official app stores.
