Constantine Law Hires Anita Vadgama as Senior Employment Partner After £2.5 Million Tribunal Win

Constantine Law added Anita Vadgama to its employment team as a senior partner, strengthening its push in senior executive disputes and whistleblowing claims.
Vadgama joins from didlaw, where she was head of litigation, and advises C-suite clients on complex workplace disputes, FCA regulatory issues and high-value exits.
Her practice centers on discrimination, including disability, neurodiversity, sex and race claims, and she represented the appellant in Kong v Gulf International Bank.
A £2.5 million disability discrimination award she secured in 2021 ranks among the highest of its kind, underscoring the specialist depth Constantine said it wanted to add.
