TLT Hires 20-Year Employment Lawyer Scott Milligan as Glasgow Partner

Scott Milligan has joined TLT as a partner in Glasgow, expanding the UK law firm’s employment practice in Scotland.
Nearly 20 years of experience and a Law Society of Scotland employment accreditation bolster the hire, with Milligan bringing public- and private-sector expertise in disputes, restructuring, executive exits and TUPE matters.
TLT said the appointment is aimed at strengthening client support ahead of major employment reforms tied to the roll-out of the Employment Rights Act.
Milligan joins from Harper Macleod, where he led significant growth in the employment team, adding team-building experience as TLT pushes wider growth in Scotland.
