Josh Duhamel Lists $2.9 Million Encino Home for Off-Grid Minnesota Life

$2.9 million is the asking price for Josh Duhamel’s 3,310-square-foot Encino home, a four-bedroom property he has now put on the market.
The sale follows Duhamel’s move from Los Angeles to Minnesota, where he, wife Audra Mari and their young children are living in an off-grid home he spent 15 years building.
Duhamel has said the remote property—40 miles from the nearest store—offers a back-to-basics family life centered on outdoor activities rather than screens and city distractions.
That Minnesota retreat has also doubled as what he called a “doomsday cabin,” with the actor saying in 2025 he was about 70% prepared for an apocalypse.
