Pokémon Go Fest 2026 Makes 2 Regional Exclusives Worldwide via Incense

Summary
Bouffalant and Tropius are spawning worldwide during Go Fest 2026: Global, giving all players a limited-time shot at two normally region-locked Pokémon.
Incense is the main way to encounter both, while the Genetic Mastery quest also awards Bouffalant at Step 1 and Tropius at Step 3.
Shiny versions of both Pokémon have debuted, and regular Incense can also trigger every Unown form during the event.
Daily Adventure Incense does not count, so players need standard Incense and may have to keep playing as spawns rotate.
The global release adds to a broader Go Fest 2026 lineup that also includes the Genetic Mastery and A Thunderous Discovery quests.
