MasterChef Finalist Jennifer Maune Opens $3 Million Fleur in Little Rock

$3 million Fleur is set to open in downtown Little Rock this fall as a farm-to-table restaurant and European-style pastry shop led by 2023 "MasterChef" finalist Jennifer Maune.
Arkansas-grown produce will drive frequently changing menus, with Maune highlighting heirloom tomatoes, squash, zucchini, fresh herbs and root vegetables and saying some ingredients will come from her own property.
Fleur will add an in-house bakery, artisan breads, pastries and afternoon tea, while keeping a scratch-cooking model in which sauces and condiments are made in-house.
Maune, a mother of six, said the concept centers on getting people to gather around a table, a philosophy she wants to carry into potential future locations nationwide.
