A free Digimon Story Time Stranger update rolls out from July 8-10 across platforms, adding Terriermon Assistant as a playable Mode Change character and introducing Photo Mode during field exploration.
The patch also adds a Digifarm screen for checking Digivolution Conditions and a graphics selection option, with Quality Mode offering 4K HDR at up to 30 FPS and Performance Mode Full HD at up to 60 FPS.
That graphics toggle is available at launch on Nintendo Switch 2 but not on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S or Steam.
Bug fixes address a Digifarm training issue triggered after 999 hours and 59 minutes of playtime, a progression blocker in the main mission "The God of Speed's Wish," and other minor problems.
