Police Report on Darrell Sheets, 67, Cites Cyberbullying and Family Drama in Suicide

A full Arizona police report says Darrell Sheets left a note near where he was found on April 22 reading, in part, "I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling."
His girlfriend told detectives the 67-year-old was upset after texts from his daughter-in-law accused her of stealing money, and said he had been stressed, unable to sleep and dealing with a man "slandering his name."
The report says she saw Sheets in his office chair with what appeared to be a handgun, pleaded with him to stop and then heard one gunshot before calling 911.
Police also interviewed the alleged online bully, who was described as extremely uncooperative, denied involvement and said he had been receiving death threats.
Sheets, known as "The Gambler" on 13 seasons of A&E's "Storage Wars," had moved to Arizona after leaving storage auctions; police said their investigation is complete.
