Rikomagic’s new DS04 pairs Android 14 with a Rockchip RK3576, 4GB RAM and 32GB storage in a fanless 4K digital signage box.
Two HDMI 2.1 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and optional 4G LTE keep most of the DS08’s connectivity, while the RK3576 also brings a 6-TOPS NPU.
The cost-down model cuts output to 4K from 8K and reduces memory, storage and USB bandwidth versus the DS08, though it keeps signage features such as RTC scheduling, watchdog recovery and screen rotation.
No price or release timing was disclosed, but the report expects samples to land around $200+, below the $300 DS08 and above the older $184 DS03.
