Khamenei's Body Reaches Qom for Funeral Procession After Feb. 28 Airstrike Killing

Qom received Ali Khamenei's body for the next stage of funeral rites, with Iranian state TV saying the procession will continue there on Tuesday.
Thousands of mourners had gathered in Tehran on Monday, where state television also showed former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attending the procession.
The funeral follows Khamenei's death in joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes on Feb. 28 and is set to extend beyond Iran to Najaf and Karbala in Iraq.
