Summary
Vermont State Police identified the victims as Yazmin Yupangui, 11, and her brother Sando Lala, 25, saying autopsies found both died in accidental drownings.
Wednesday evening, Yupangui fell into Arrowhead Mountain Lake while relatives were fishing near Highbridge Road and Arrowhead Lake Road, and Lala jumped in to try to save her.
Thursday evening, the state police underwater recovery team found Yupangui's body after a multi-day search; a kayaker found Lala's body Saturday morning.
The siblings were from Cambridge, Vermont, and police said the family asked that their photo be released with the identification.
