Display Assistant version 9.0.08 is now live in the Galaxy Store as a 7.92MB download, making the module compatible with One UI 9.0 based on Android 17.
The update appears to be purely preparatory: Samsung said it adds compatibility for the new software, with no new features, bug fixes or performance changes.
Samsung has already refreshed several Good Lock modules for One UI 9, including ClockFace, LockStar, MultiStar, NavStar and RegiStar, and is expected to update the rest soon.
One UI 9.0 is set to debut with the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra, which are expected to be unveiled July 22 and ship from August 5.
Around that same window, Samsung could begin rolling out the stable One UI 9.0 update to existing flagship phones, including the Galaxy S26 series.
