Five shots behind at the start, Chris Gotterup charged to 20-under 264 with a 9-under 62, then waited on the practice range as the lead came back to him.
Ben Kohles briefly pulled even at 20 under after a birdie on 16, but his approach on 18 found the water and he finished with a double bogey.
Max Homa closed with a 64 to finish second alone, while Lucas Glover and Lee Hodges — the 54-hole co-leaders — each shot 69 and tied for third with Kohles.
The victory is Gotterup's fourth PGA Tour title in the last 12 months and his third individual win of 2026, lifting him to No. 7 in the world before he defends next week at the Scottish Open.
