Pokémon Go Launches 10th Anniversary Event With 4x Rewards and $1.99 Gimmighoul Research

Monday’s 10th Anniversary Party event is now live through July 6 at 8 p.m. local time, adding field research, boosted rewards and a new 10th Anniversary Coin Gimmighoul.
4x Catch XP and 4x Catch Stardust headline the bonuses, while event-themed wild spawns have higher shiny odds and Coin Bag use can yield shiny Gimmighoul from July 4 to July 31.
Field tasks reward party-hat starters and Cake Hat Pikachu, and evolving Ivysaur, Charmeleon or Wartortle during the event grants Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn or Hydro Cannon.
$1.99 paid Timed Research offers items including a Super Incubator and Premium Battle Pass, plus a special-background Gimmighoul encounter if completed before the event ends.
