A newly obtained police report shows Elena Katherine Moore was released from a facility before 2 p.m. on June 11, took a taxi to a Lexington CVS, then later signed into Planet Fitness at 6:38 p.m.
The cab driver told police Moore never returned after entering the CVS, and investigators have said she was later seen walking through a Publix parking lot toward a wooded area near Fourteenmile Creek.
Moore, 39, was found dead on June 19, about a week after her disappearance was reported; a June 22 autopsy found no bruising, stab wounds, gunshot wounds, strangulation or other external injuries.
Lexington police say no one has been charged, and Inspector Missy Silcox told Newsweek that Moore's husband, Brannon Slice, is not a person of interest at this point.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is still investigating what caused Moore's death after a tip led searchers to the park where her body was found.
