Zelenskyy Holds 32% in Ukraine Poll as Zaluzhnyi Falls 9 Points to 16%

32% of Ukrainians would back Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a first-round presidential vote, while Valerii Zaluzhnyi trails at 16% and Kyrylo Budanov ranks third at 11%, according to a Rating Group poll.
Zaluzhnyi's support fell from 25% in July 2025 to 16%, widening Zelenskyy's lead from 6 to 16 percentage points, while Budanov posted the biggest gain, rising from 5% to 11%.
34% of decided voters who plan to cast ballots favor Zelenskyy, versus 16% for Zaluzhnyi and 12% for Budanov; 10% of all respondents remain undecided and 4% say they would not vote.
Zelenskyy leads in every region—27% in the west, 34% in the center, 36% in the south and 29% in the east—where Budanov edges Zaluzhnyi 12% to 11%.
The May 30-June 3 survey polled 2,404 adults by phone across Ukraine except occupied areas and places without Ukrainian mobile coverage, with a margin of error of up to 2%.
