IOPC Investigates 2 Officers Over 18-Year-Old Henry Nowak's Stabbing Death

Two police officers who dealt with Henry Nowak after he was stabbed in Southampton are under investigation for potential gross misconduct, the Independent Office for Police Conduct said.
Nowak, 18, was handcuffed as he lay dying after being stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in December 2025, placing the officers' handling of the incident at the center of the inquiry.
The watchdog disclosed the investigation in a breaking update and said more details on the case would follow.
