Bull, Alice & Bob Expand Quantum Partnership Across 4 Areas in Europe

Summary
Bull and Alice & Bob signed a memorandum of understanding to widen their quantum collaboration from experimentation into R&D, product, software and commercial work, initially targeting France, the UK and Germany.
The 4-part deal aims to speed European quantum adoption by linking Alice & Bob’s cat-qubit hardware with Bull’s high-performance computing stack, including Qaptiva HPC and Qaptiva Access.
Product and software work will explore containerised quantum systems, cat-qubit emulation and execution on Alice & Bob chips inside HPC environments, supporting hybrid infrastructure deployment at scale.
Bull said the partnership also backs sovereignty-driven projects and its push to help build a sovereign European quantum ecosystem as national and regional initiatives gather pace.
