Summary
$465.28 million in assets moved into the newly created Easterly Snow All Cap Value Fund after Easterly completed its purchase of Olstein Capital Management's mutual fund business following June 26 shareholder approval.
The deal also added about $43.42 million to the Easterly Snow Small Cap Value Fund, expanding Easterly's active equity platform and deepening its partnership with the Easterly Snow team.
Eric Heyman and Mark Zichelli, both former Olstein executives, joined Easterly to support client servicing and sales, aiming to preserve continuity for existing investors.
Founded in 2019, Easterly said the acquisition fits its strategy of scaling established managers with broader distribution, operational infrastructure and institutional support.
