Türkiye’s economic confidence index climbed to 98.9 in June from 97.2 in May, marking a 1.8% monthly increase but remaining just below the 100 optimism threshold.
Consumer and business sentiment both strengthened, with gains across manufacturing, services, retail trade and construction driving the broader improvement, TÜİK data showed.
Consumer confidence rose 2.5% to 87.9, while manufacturing confidence increased 1.0% to 102.0 and services confidence advanced 1.4% to 110.5.
Retail trade confidence edged up 0.3% to 112.8, and construction confidence gained 1.1% to 83.0, suggesting the recovery in sentiment was broad but still uneven.
