Summary
June 30 will bring Battlefield 6’s final Season 3 phase, High-Value Target, alongside a major patch and the Wet Work limited-time event.
Wet Work adds a Contracts system across standard multiplayer and the free-to-play Redsec mode, with eliminated players dropping pickups that trigger mid-match tasks such as kills, captures, looting or survival.
The update also introduces an event menu to centralize challenges, rewards and event-exclusive modes, while adding a Mark All Seen button across loadouts, battle pass, store, profile, challenges and the Play tab.
Gameplay changes target recoil, weapon handling, bullet dispersion, limb damage, bullet velocity and drag, while vehicles get another balance pass including stronger RPG damage and a 20-second cooldown for automated spawn AA.
High-Value Target follows a bug-hit second phase that began last week, with Battlefield Studios promising more details on Wet Work and Contract rewards closer to launch.
