Summary
A former private chef sued Kylie Jenner and co-defendants in Los Angeles Superior Court on June 22, alleging more than two dozen violations including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage abuses.
The complaint says the chef disclosed a high-risk pregnancy but was still given excessive hours, heavy lifting and high-pressure event work, including a Feb. 1, 2025 party after which she says she miscarried.
After later reporting the miscarriage and seeking relocation help, the chef says management treated her medical communications as a resignation, then removed her from Jenner's household assignment and ended her job effective March 31.
The suit also alleges missed meal and rest breaks, unpaid overtime, mileage and inaccurate wage statements; it seeks damages, back pay, unpaid wages, legal fees and a jury trial.
Jenner now faces three employee lawsuits, including two April cases by former housekeepers alleging discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and hostile workplace conditions.
