Longview police said there is no broader public threat, but they are reviewing social media statements seriously as part of the investigation.
21-year-old Ciarrianne Fuller was arrested on assault charges, booked on a $20,000 bond, and identified as the first suspect in the attack outside Whiskey J's nightclub.
The victim told Fox News Digital the group said they would target "the smallest white girl they could find," while authorities described the assault as random and unprovoked.
The chant referenced Karmelo Anthony, whose conviction for killing 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco high school track meet has fueled a movement challenging the jury's verdict.
