Steve-O said turning 52 has pushed him to pursue “the most optimal level of health” as “Jackass: Best and Last,” a 25th-anniversary compilation with new stunts, opens Friday.
18 years sober, he said he tracks daily readiness with an Apple Watch, Whoop wristband and Oura Ring, using green-, yellow- and red-day scores to decide how hard to exert himself.
