Insider Says GTA 6 Disc Editions Reach PS5, Xbox Series X in December After $80 Code-Box Launch

Graczdari told PPE.pl that GTA 6 disc versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are due in December, after the initial November 19 boxed release ships without a physical disc.
The insider said the code-in-a-box edition is a one-shot production run, implying boxed copies could disappear until disc stock arrives later in the year.
Rockstar parent Take-Two had denied plans for a delayed physical release, but this week confirmed the November 19 physical package will contain only a download code.
Leak concerns appear central to the strategy, as retailers have repeatedly sold games early and players have streamed pre-release footage online; GTA 6 is priced at $80 standard and $100 Ultimate.
