Comer Demands ATF Records on 2023 Biden-Everytown Contacts in Glock Probe

A House Oversight letter sent Wednesday orders the ATF to turn over documents on Biden aides’ communications with Everytown for Gun Safety as Republicans widen a probe into alleged coordination against Glock.
Comer tied the request to a 2023 White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention meeting with Glock, saying Everytown President John Feinblatt later appeared to reference that private discussion before Chicago’s March 2024 lawsuit.
That suit, backed by Everytown’s legal arm, alleges Glock knowingly sold pistols easily converted into machine guns; a Cook County judge denied Glock’s motion to dismiss in September 2025, keeping the case alive.
Comer’s panel says earlier subpoenas to the Biden ATF and Everytown were ignored, and an April request to the National Archives sought additional White House communications.
The Kentucky Republican argues the inquiry could shape legislation on recordkeeping and leaks of private information to politically aligned outside groups; ATF did not immediately comment.
