Summary
Kevin C. Singh, 49, was charged in Marion County with stalking, intimidation and harassment after prosecutors said he targeted Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham and threatened a Pacers Sports & Entertainment security executive.
Court filings say the alleged conduct ran from Sept. 30, 2025, to June 2, 2026, beginning with a package left at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and continuing through X posts that Cunningham said left her fearful, isolated and unable to feel safe.
John Ball, the Pacers security vice president, sent Singh a cease-and-desist letter on April 30 and banned him from team property, but prosecutors say the posts continued and escalated into threats including 'Pain is coming. I promise.'
A magistrate approved a higher-than-standard bond Wednesday, placing Singh on a seven-day hold before a $40,000 cash bond with home detention, GPS monitoring, a no-contact order and a ban from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The case adds to a string of stalking incidents involving women’s basketball stars, including prior cases tied to Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers.
