Kay Adams said posting feet photos should be “punishable by fire-squad” after motorsports reporter Cole Cusumano shared a social-media picture from the Anduril 250 that showed part of her foot.
The reaction stemmed from Adams’ long-running complaints about foot-focused direct messages, which she said have made her wary of giving away even a glimpse for free.
Interview Magazine in 2022 and a 2023 chat with Paige Spiranac had already documented the issue, with Adams joking that foot modeling could be a backup career because “people make bank.”
The San Diego incident turned Adams’ first NASCAR race into another episode in that recurring online problem, and her message was clear: crop the feet out or do not post the shot.
