It offers four HDMI 2.1 ports, 4K at 120Hz, up to 165Hz, VRR, ALLM, very fast response times typical of OLED, and the kind of contrast, black levels, brightness, and color performance that reviewers from ZDNET, CNET and What Hi-Fi? have praised as class-leading. In practice, a superb OLED showing HDR10 can still look better than a weaker TV that merely adds Dolby Vision. The bigger question is how much you value Dolby Vision specifically. Its gaming library is still limited compared with standard HDR10, even if Xbox support gives it an edge over HDR10+ in games. So for many players, the missing format will be less important than the S95F’s excellent panel quality, glare control, and gaming performance. For Xbox owners who want every available HDR feature, look elsewhere. For those prioritizing overall image quality and high-end gaming specs, the $1,100 discount still makes the S95F a strong buy.
