At age 8, Maddie was pinned underwater after an ATV flipped into a Louisiana pond, then was airlifted to a hospital and remained in a coma for two days.
Jamie Lynn said the family still does not know what caused the sudden turn, and both mother and daughter said the ordeal ultimately deepened their faith and left a positive long-term impact.
