Georgia jail records show Bryson Bryant has been held since May 1 on allegations he violated probation, failed to pay child support and failed to appear.
The probation case stems from his July 2023 arrest in Lawrenceville, where police found fentanyl and accused him of giving his half-brother Brentt Leakes' name.
A plea deal later dismissed the drug charge, but Bryant was sentenced to 12 months' probation, a $500 fine, 40 hours of community service and random drug testing.
Court documents say he failed to complete any of those probation conditions.
NeNe Leakes said in a 2023 podcast that her 31-year-old son had struggled with addiction for years, relapsed after rehab and needed rehabilitation and counseling.
