The national team’s blend of academy development and diaspora recruitment has produced a deep, modern squad, and Bouaddi’s decision to represent Morocco is symbolically important. In that sense, he can become as significant to Morocco as Mbappé is to France, even if he does it from midfield rather than the front line. So the fair answer is yes in stature and potential, no in style and role.
