Terra Drone Acquires 2 Ukrainian UAV Makers for Global Combat-Proven Drone Sales

Tokyo-based Terra Drone said Monday it will acquire two Ukrainian startups—Terra Drone and Amazing Drones—and turn them into subsidiaries.
The deal is aimed at selling combat-proven unmanned aerial vehicles beyond Ukraine, targeting Japan, Europe, the Middle East and other markets.
By buying Ukrainian manufacturers, Terra Drone is seeking to add battlefield-tested drone technology to its lineup as demand for military and dual-use UAVs expands globally.
