Undercover Calls Find Planned Parenthood Offers No Detransition Care in 4 States

Calls to Planned Parenthood clinics in Idaho, Alaska, New York and Washington, D.C., found staff could describe gender-affirming services but not detransition-specific programs, treatment pathways or fertility-recovery support.
Chloe Cole, who says she detransitioned at 16 after beginning transition at 12 and having a double mastectomy at 15, said she launched the probe to see what help existed for patients seeking to reverse course.
Employees in recordings reviewed by Fox News Digital said the organization could schedule appointments or refer patients elsewhere, but one told Cole, “We only have gender-affirming care services” and another said, “I don't think we do that type of healthcare.”
Live Action is using the findings to press Congress and the Trump administration to keep federal funding restrictions on Planned Parenthood, which says many centers offer hormone therapy, puberty blockers, surgery referrals and transition support but does not list detransition services online.
The report follows a May undercover investigation alleging some Planned Parenthood locations said 16-year-olds could obtain cross-sex hormones through an informed-consent model with limited therapy or mental-health requirements.
