Coop Launches €1 Million Graduate Program for 19 Hires on Permanent Contracts

Nineteen recent graduates will be hired immediately on permanent contracts under Coop’s new talent scheme, with applications open until Sept. 13.
The €1 million program pairs paid jobs with a free 12-month master’s degree in consumer cooperative management, built with the Catholic University and Scuola Coop.
Starting pay is €25,700 gross a year, alongside healthcare, a supplementary pension, welfare benefits and covered accommodation for the residential training.
Coop says the initiative is meant to build a new generation of managers across marketing, sales, supply chain, HR, sustainability, IT and organization.
The launch extends a broader training push: more than 44,000 employees joined Coop programs over the past year, and 2,000 used career pathways in the last three years.
