A Manhattan federal lawsuit filed Tuesday accuses Hiive of stealing trade secrets and infringing Nasdaq Private Market intellectual property.
Nasdaq Private Market says the Vancouver-based rival poached two of its employees partly to gain confidential information about its operations and technology.
