Summary
Samsung on Tuesday rolled out SpideyTracker.com, an interactive fan site tied to Sony Pictures’ “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” ahead of the film’s July 31 theatrical release.
The experience recreates a tracker used by Ned Leeds in the movie on a Samsung Galaxy device, letting fans follow Spider-Man “sightings,” unlock easter eggs and engage with campaign content in real time.
35 countries will get access to the tracker, which Samsung said will also connect to cast appearances, interviews, live activations, venue events and creator videos throughout the summer.
Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Watch are also being embedded in the film itself, extending Samsung’s product placement into a broader marketing push built around connection and fan participation.
