4:20 a.m. EST Tuesday is the scheduled liftoff time for Landspace’s ZhuQue-2E Block 2 from Jiuquan, according to Next SpaceFlight, with its payload still undisclosed.
ZhuQue-2E is a medium-lift liquid oxygen-methane rocket and the first methane-fueled launch vehicle to reach orbit, making the flight a notable marker for commercial Chinese launch capability.
Six missions are listed for the week, including three SpaceX Starlink launches, a CASC Long March 5 from Wenchang on June 12, and a CAS Space Kinetica 1 launch from Jiuquan on June 14.
China enters the week after a busy stretch for its launch sector: CASC debuted the Long March 12B on June 1, and Qianfan broadband-constellation launches pushed that network’s deployed satellite count to 200.
