A 23-year-old Florida man was arrested after allegedly hurling a live alligator through a Wendy's drive-thru kitchen window.
Police said he picked up the animal from the roadside, ordered a large soft drink from his pickup, then threw the alligator through the window.
Authorities held him on a $6,000 bond and barred him from all Wendy's locations.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rescued the alligator and released it into a nearby canal.
